Hey Gregory,
Really appreciate you being honest.
I’m genuinely sorry it didn’t hit the mark for you. Do you mind if I ask what kind of results you were hoping to see, or how you applied it?
Sometimes little things like surface prep or how the water behaves on the rinse can make a big difference, and I’d honestly love to help you get the best out of it.
Thanks again for the feedback — it really does help us improve.

Hi Olaf,
Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the delayed response.
Envoke Rapid Ceramic is a highly concentrated, professional-grade spray-on, rinse-off sealant. In some conditions, light residue or spotting on glass can occur if the product is applied in direct heat, allowed to dwell too long, or not rinsed thoroughly straight away — particularly on windows.
If you’d like any advice on application or tips on removing any residue, please feel free to reach out to us directly and we’d be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Courtney
