Do not clean vehicle or use products on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Early morning, evening or undercover is ideal.
Step 1: Pre Clean ( High pressure Water )
The first thing you’re going to want to do when cleaning your car is to break down any of the caked-on soil, hardened grime, and bird droppings that have accumulated during off-roading or general road use. Pressure washing is one of the most efficient ways to clean your car, but the process isn’t made better by using the maximum pressure your machine can output, and you can actually damage your vehicle by doing so. You’re going to want to use a PSI of around 1,500 for washing your car, as cranking it up to 2,000 or more can actually harm the car’s topcoat and could damage things like window seals and side mirrors.
Step 2: Wheels ( Envoke Reactive wheel and tyre cleaner )
The wheels are always the first port of call – always. Your wheels are undoubtedly the dirtiest component of your car exterior. Spray our wheel and tyre cleaner and use decent wheel brushes to agitate the surfaces and to access the hard-to-reach areas, then it sit for a few minutes then rinse with high pressure water.
Step 3: Snow Foam (Envoke Snow Pro Active Foam)
For the uninitiated, snow foam is designed to dislodge stubborn debris and break down excess grime before proceeding with the physical contact washing. This step is vital for avoiding swirl marks on the paintwork, as any contaminants are removed rather than being pushed around while washing.
Step 4: The Two-Bucket Method ( Envoke pH Neutral or Reboot Decale Shampoo)
Time to start washing your car – it goes without saying that you want to invest in a high quality shampoos for this. Fill the first bucket with your wash solution, and the other with clean water. Wash your car from the top down, tackling small sections at a time. Be sure to regularly wash your mitt in the fresh water bucket before bringing more shampoo to the car – this helps to ensure you keep your wash solution clean throughout the entire wash. Rinse vehicle off with high pressure water once all areas have been cleaned.
Step 5: Drying
Just like the washing stage, start at the top of your car and work your way down to the bottom. Section by section is the most efficient way to ensure you don’t miss any panels. Try to hustle so you don’t wind up with water spots, but be thorough enough that you don’t leave any streaks! Add a couple of sprays of our Ceramic Detail Spray to your drying towel, adding a nice lubrication on to the fibres to glide gently across the surface.
Step 6: Sealant ( Envoke Ceramic Detail Spray )
By carefully applying a layer of our Envoke Ceramic Detail Spray to your car’s exterior, you essentially reinforce all the hard work you’ve done in detailing your car so far. Mist 1-2 sprays per panel onto a clean microfibre towel and wipe over the surface. Using a second clean microfibre towel gently buff away any residue for a deep shine. Can also be used on wet surfaces as a drying aid. Do NOT use on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
Step 7: Tyre Dressings ( Envoke Ceramic Tyre Dressing )
For best results begin with clean tyres using Envoke Reactive Wheel and Tyre Cleaner. Using a tyre dressing applicator apply an even amount to the desired surface smoothing out visible streaks. One coat leaves tyres looking new with a satin sheen. Two coats will produce an enhanced gloss. Allow to dry for 30 minutes before driving the vehicle. To maintain desired appearance, reapply after every wash. Shake well before each use.
Step 8: Glass ( Envoke Ceramic Glass Cleaner )
It’s unfortunate how many car owners neglect the windows when they give their vehicles an otherwise thorough clean. Make sure you apply a quality glass cleaner to the inside and outside of every glass panel. Spray directly onto a clean microfiber glass towel and wipe over the glass. Follow with a second clean and dry microfiber towel to gently buff the surface removing excess product achieving a crystal clear and streak free finish. Do NOT use on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. Shake well before each use.
